Nintendo has released its download list for North America, and, once again, the company drew a pretty picture for us, with nine games in total added this week. The WiiWare titles account for three of the new ones, and the first stars the famous attorney Phoenix Wright. Published by Capcom, Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Justice for All is priced at 1,000 Wii Points, and it will allow us to experience the court-room drama from a first-person perspective. The title features two game modes, each offering a different experience.

In Investigations Mode, players will inspect crime scenes, gather evidence and question the witnesses, while in Court Mode, they'll have to use all the evidence that they've collected to help crack the case. The game also features the "Psyche-Lock" that can allow players to use a line of questioning in order to spot inconsistencies in witness testimonies.

The second game coming to the Wii is Art of Balance, a physics-based puzzle title. With over 100 different levels and co-op play, as well as a split-screen versus mode, it will challenge both your wits and your imagination. It is published by Shin'en Multimedia and it's priced at 800 Wii Points. The last WiiWare addition is WarMen Tactics, the 800-Wii-Point title from Calaris. In the near future, in a world suffering from civil turmoil, the world's governments find themselves forced to merge the police force with the army, thus giving birth to the Department of Control.

However, not everyone agrees with this decision, and there are plenty of those who oppose the new system, most of them being former military members that refused to join. Players will take on the role of Marco, a member of the resistance, as he'll have to destroy several scrambler devices placed around the city. The game tries to recreate urban warfare, as they will be able to take cover behind walls and other obstacles, as they push through the enemy lines.

As for the Virtual Console, Nintendo has brought Sega's classic Sonic & Knuckles, from the old SEGA Genesis console. Teaming up with his former enemy, Knuckles, Sonic will have to travel to Angel Island and stop Dr. Eggman, or Dr. Robotnik, as he'll always be to us, before he finds the secret power source located on the small patch of earth, the Master Emerald. The title features the Lock-On Technology, which will allow gamers to play as Knuckles in other Sonic titles available for the Virtual Console, like Sonic The Hedgehog 2 and Sonic The Hedgehog 3. Of course, you have to own the games first. Sonic & Knuckles is priced at 800 Wii Points.
