14 DAY TRIAL // You probably know that Pharrell Williams is one of the most successful artists of the moment, one of the most talked about and one that many important names in the industry want to collaborate with. But what you probably don't know is that some people out there are actually thinking he's a vampire.
The reason for that is Pharrell youthful appearance, his clean complexion which makes him look like 20-year-old when in reality he's 40 years old.
The “Happy” singer recently spoke with Time Out magazine and he talked about how he manages to keep such a fresh face “How do I stay so young-looking for a 40-year-old? I wash my face.”
He was also ready to officially deny any rumors that he's a vampire and indulges in any activity related to that condition, “I'm willing to go on record as saying that I don't drink people's blood.”
Believe it or not, there's a huge movement on the internet that claims Pharrell sucks out the energy from younger artists he's collaborating with and thus maintaining a seemingly timeless appearance.
But Pharrell is too busy to give any credibility to the rumors, as he confesses that he's been surprised by the amount of fame he's achieved in the last year.
“Seriously, I find myself trying to be cool about it, but I’m really like… whoa! I’ve always produced music for artists who are going through this level of success, but I just didn’t know it would be this crazy. I’m like a kid with a sweet tooth waking up in Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory,” he told his interviewer.
Pharrell thus joins the list of celebrities who seem to have just stopped aging. The list includes Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Elijah Wood, Keanu Reeves and Will Smith among others. Now if he can only ditch those rumors about what exactly he's hiding underneath that huge cowboy hat he's been rocking at award shows.
