14 DAY TRIAL // The opening segment of last night’s People’s Choice Awards 2014, which took place at the Nokia Theater LA Live and aired on CBS, was probably one of the funniest ever made for the awards show. It was also star studded.

Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs, the hosts of the night who star as waitresses on “2 Broke Girls,” were pictured as – what else? – waitresses in a very busy diner, where various celebrities showed up to order wins for the nominations on the menu.
The video also tried to explain how they ended up with the hosting gig, because Kaley Cuoco didn’t have her wallet on her and only had cash to pay for her win. As a tip, she gave them the invitation to host, which she had initially received.
Appearances included Sarah Michelle Gellar, Bryan Cranston (as Walter White), Ian Somerhalder (which is when the screams of the fans in attendance reached a peak), Arsenio Hall, Ian Zeiring, and even pop diva Christina Aguilera, who flaunted her slender new figure in her own version of a waitress uniform.
