Olivia Munn kept joking that she was very country, so country that Taylor had actually written “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” for her.
This made for a rather “awkward” moment when she had to announce Taylor as the winner in Favorite Country Artist category and resulted in her not wanting to let go of the award.
“This always happens to me, God!” Taylor jokes.
She’s obviously referring to that moment at the 2009 Video Music Awards when Kanye West rushed on the stage to tell the world that Beyonce should have won Best Female Video. That one went down in history books, kids.
