14 DAY TRIAL // Attention passionate Pentax fans! The giant company has just announced the addition of three new binoculars to its line of sport optics products. And with such a diverse line range of products, Pentax proves once again it has something remarkable to offer to just about any shopper.
The new series of Pentax DCF SW roof-prism binoculars includes two new models, 8x25 and 10x25. Both versions exhibit an ultra-compact design line, not to mention they are said to be entirely waterproof and nitrogen-filled for advanced waterproof resistance. Moreover, the binoculars come in a slim and portable shape form. Still, the Pentax 9 x 28 DCF LC high-end roof-prism binoculars feature what they like to call "a maneuverable, lightweight, waterproof and impact-resistant body design".
In addition to this, Pentax has also announced the UA-1 digital camera adapter, which is going to allow its users to attach all sorts of compact designed cameras to both Pentax PF-80ED or PF-65ED cool series of spotting scopes.
Thanks to the adjustable nature of the adapter and the already worldwide recognized quality of the Pentax scopes, the UA-1 device could actually be part of the greatest digiscoping tools on the market.
According to the company's official representatives, the new range of products will ship starting February 2008 and will be displayed in Las Vegas, during a special show. Furthermore, both 8 x 25 and 10 x 25 models from the Pentax's DCF SW binoculars series will be soon available for under 180 bucks, while the Pentax DCF LV model will retail for about 250 bucks. As for the UA-1 digital camera adaptor, the company said it will be out in US first for 70 bucks a piece.
