Beside all of its 3D Viera PDPs, large-size displays, 3D camcorders, digital cameras, etc., Panasonic is also actively involved in the manufacturer of relaxation devices, more specifically, massage chairs, this being the type of device we'll talk about as follows.

The latest model to join the company's lineup is the Panasonic EP-MA70 Real Pro Ultra luxury massage chair, that's capable of delivering a very relaxing experience, getting quite close to the one attained in real massage parlors.

In order to provide an overall experience that's as close as possible to the “real deal”, but in the privacy of the users' own homes or offices, the new massage chair has been equipped with powerful rollers, placed within a thick padding and being heated up to 108 degrees Fahrenheit (42 Celsius degrees), in order to better mimic a live experience.

Moreover, the device is actually capable of delivering multiple massage types, including here localized hand and arm massage, hip and thigh massage, calf and foot massage, as well as shoulder massage, and for this purpose, it will actually create some sort of “map” of the owner's body, in terms of height, weight, dimensions, etc.

Plus, users will be able to easily opt for the massage program that best suits their needs, given the fact that the massage chair sports plenty of pre-set (Shiatsu, Lower Back, Deep, etc.) programs, but also quite a few manual ones (Ultra Kneading, Swedish, Rolling, etc.).

Of course, given the fact that we're talking about a high-end, luxury item, it shouldn't come as much of a surprise that the Panasonic EP-MA70 Real Pro Ultra has quite a high price tag attached to it, the device apparently going on sale in April, for around $7,999.99 in two color versions, onyx black and white, designed to better fit the interior of one's home.
