The recently announced Panasonic Leica DG Nocticron 42.5mm f/1.2 ASPH is now available for pre-order at major online retailers across the United States and Europe.

The lens was presented at this year's Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas and was received quite well by MFT (Micro Four Thirds) camera users despite its hefty price.

If you live in the US and plan to purchase this lens, you can now pre-order it from AmazonUS, BHphoto, or Adorama at a price of $1,599 / €1,200.

As expected, the UK price of this remarkable lens is way higher compared with the US market, but if you still want to get it you can pre-order the Panasonic Leica DG Nocticron 42.5mm f/1.2 ASPH from Wexphotographic at a price of £1,349 / €1,650 / $2,235.

The lens will be shipped starting March 20 to all customers who pre-ordered it from any of the aforementioned online stores. Would you consider purchasing it? Let us know in the comments section below.
