14 DAY TRIAL // Pamela Anderson and Rick Salomon gave married life another try for the second time last year, but after only 6 months, she’d already filed the divorce papers. They reconciled and she quietly withdrew the papers, but had another change of heart in 2015.
In her third divorce filing, Anderson asked for spousal support for the first time (their first marriage, in 2007, was annulled at their joint request), which was taken as a sign that the split wasn’t amicable. This was confirmed when Salomon responded to the filing by asking not for a divorce, but for an annulment on the basis of fraud.
Apparently, she’s a fraud because she eats fish and stinks up the house, and because she’s killed many babies through abortion.

TMZ obtained court documents filed by Anderson in the ongoing divorce, in which she tries to argue in favor of a divorce. She says that Salomon is a very violent and ill-tempered man, who has been accusing her since the early days of their relationship of killing babies through abortion, even though she was the one begging to get pregnant.
Apparently, Salomon was convinced that this was her MO, that she got some sort of sick kick out of it: he claimed to have knowledge that she did the same to Kid Rock, to whom she was married before she married him.
Salomon would also call her names, “fraud” included, because she ate fish and shrimp and it would “stink up their house,” and for cooking pork for her 2 sons with Tommy Lee, even though he’d told her it bothered him because he once had a pig pet for 10 years.
TMZ believes that this is why he wants the marriage annulled for being a fraud.
In another document, the former “Baywatch” star says that, one time during lovemaking, Salomon flew into a rage and tried to strangle her and smother her to death with a pillow. Then, whenever he would lose at poker - he makes a living as a professional poker player -, he would come home and unload on her, calling her “ugly old [B-word]” and “crack [expletive],” among other things.

As noted above, this is the second time around the block for these two: they previously made headlines around the world when, after a whirlwind romance, they tied the knot in what was described as a classic quickie marriage.
It didn’t last long: 2 months after the bash, they had already filed the papers to have it annulled.
Surprisingly, in the summer of 2013, they were photographed together again, hanging out on the beach, kissing and acting very much like a couple would. No one imagined they would remarry, but they did - and as mentioned above, the first signs of trouble didn’t take long to appear.
