Pneumatic babe Pamela Anderson is back on the cover of Playboy magazine 20 years after her first time, thus setting a new record in the history of the publication: she’s the only one to have graced the cover of 13 different issues.

However, unlike in previous years, this time, Anderson is getting all political in the accompanying interview and even shows a softer side of herself, by offering one of her poems for publication.

Moreover, she’s decided to set the example and has already donated the money she got from the pics to charity. Pamela is using the exposure to draw attention to issues close to her heart, PopEater reports.

“In the magazine’s cozy confines, the 43-year-old Anderson gets political and slams ‘All the negative ads run by our politicians.’ The philanthropic Playmate suggests that instead, they ‘put that money to good use’,” PopEater notes.

Not the one to preach what she doesn’t do, Pamela decided to put her money where her mouth is, so she donated the entire amount she got for posing for the pictures, while also raising awareness on several issues in the interview.

“Anderson donated the $25,000 she was paid for her pictorial to Waves For Water, a non-profit organization that provides water filters to communities in need of clean drinking water,” PopEater says.

“Waves 4 Water are my heroes. They get things done ... and yes, Playboy wrote them a check when I shot the cover directly for 25Gs,” Anderson herself confirmed for the media just recently.

As noted above, in the 8-page spread, Anderson also gets political and personal. She expresses her support of President Obama (“So many are with you,” she says) and offers a look inside the Anderson world with the publication of one of her poems.

“Our best isn’t good enough – right now our eyes are far-reaching – Please let’s show the good in us – The brilliance – The wonderful – It’s abundant – it’s just not tapped as it should be,” Anderson writes.
