Yeah, for the Wii it sounds great, but what about for the $600 worth PS3...?

This piece of news is sure to make the delight of PS3 gamers worldwide, who crammed money into a big jar for a whole year (or more) to be able to get it at launch-time: Go! Puzzle Now Available on the PlayStation Store! It'll be the ultimate test of speed, nerves, and wits, all this for just $5.99 (if you want the whole three-puzzle pack), making absolutely no use of the PS3's Cell Processor.

Not that I'm being sarcastic, but come on! How do they expect people to go for this crap? Here's the title's description, as I found it on GameZone, so you can see what I'm so upset about:

"Go! Puzzle includes Swizzle Blocks, Aquatica and Skycraper - the ultimate test of speed, nerves and, wits all rolled into FUN! Swizzleblocks is a hectic and addicting puzzle game featuring four exhilarating gameplay modes. Aquatica is a nautical, fast-paced, mind-twisting puzzle game in which a string of three mines fall into your submarine's playing field. And Skyscraper is the most extreme, fast-paced puzzle solving race to the top."

Features:

■ Swizzleblocks features video chat, four exhilarating modes including Puzzle, Challenge, Time Attack, and Battle. ■ Aquatica features three fast paced modes, 50 brain cracking puzzles, and online video chat. ■ Skycraper features three mind-tickling modes, 7 cities, 5-7 towers each, 50 brain teasing puzzles, multiplayer on-line video chat and much, much more!"

So, what do you think? Is there anything in that description that's worth powering up the sometimes overheated PS3? Not that Go! Puzzle could over-stress the PS3... I remember a Sony official saying something about 100 and some titles for the PS3. Let that time come, I'm sick and tired of hearing that Sony isn't lowering the price on their machine, and that the PS3 doesn't sport so many good titles.
