It aims to be the lowest priced USB drive, but it's hard to tell if it really is

PNY officially introduced the small and light Key Attache USB flash drive not long ago.

Resembling its namesake, it is described as something that “aims to be the lowest priced USB drive ever.”

Online stores list the 8 GB version for $7.99 (6.03 Euro), so the claim, at least, could have a grain of truth in it. Maybe.

Speaking of which, capacity ranges between 4 GB and 32 GB.

Just don't expect this thing to be all that fast when it comes to actually copying anything to and from it.

Then again, performance wasn't the focus. Instead, PNY tried to make an accessory that could hang off your key chain without being obtrusive.

That said, buyers can choose between Turquise/White and Grey/White color options. The warranty lasts for a period of 5 years.
