Good news for OnePlus One owners who still use OxygenOS ROM, as the Chinese company recently announced a new OS update that should fix some issues with the phone's display.

According to OnePlus, the latest OxygenOS 1.01 update should address all those pesky touchscreen issues that One owners have been complaining of for quite a while now.

Sadly, many OnePlus One owners have decided to install other customizable ROMs on their smartphones, so if they still have any touchscreen issues and want them fixed, then they will have to install the latest version of OxygenOS.

Also, we can't confirm that OxygenOS 1.01 will indeed remove these problems for OnePlus One's display, but it's worth a try.

In the same piece of news, the Chinese company recommends OnePlus One owners that haven't tried OxygenOS on their smartphones, a new migration tool that will allow them flash from CyanogenOS 11 or 12.

The new migration tool has been developed by Fastboot Mobile in collaboration with XDA and it's still in beta. However, OnePlus believes that the tool it pretty useful and has decided to share it and allows users to play with it.

Make sure you have all the necessary prerequisites before migrating from CyanogenOS

In order to install this migration tool, users will need to have .Net 4.5 downloaded and installed on their PCs. In addition, they must run the migration too on a locally installed version of Windows 7 or Windows 8.

OnePlus also offers a step-by-step guide on how to install the migration took and flash from CyanogenOS 11 or 12 to OxygenOS.

Keep in mind though that some issues are present in this build, such as the fact that sometimes the device does not enter QDL mode correctly and users may get an error about QDLS mode failing.

Another issue would be the fact that the ADB drivers included in the application need to be manually installed.
