14 DAY TRIAL // Developer Rockstar has unveiled the Trophies that will be up for grabs when the new Red Dead Redemption downloadable content, Outlaws to the End, will be launched at some point in June. There are 10 new Trophies that a PlayStation 3 patch introduced to the game and players can safely presume that the same names and descriptions will also be introduced on the Xbox 360 home console from Microsoft.
All the new Trophies are Bronze level and their full names and descriptions are listed below:
Well Done – Complete a co-op Mission Have posse, will travel – Complete all co-op missions 2 Guys, 1 co-op – Complete co-op mission with 2 people Stake a claim – Get a gold medal in any co-op mission Struck gold – Gold medal in all co-op missions Friends indeed – Complete a co-op mission without dieing You rule – Complete all advanced co-op missions Your mother lode – Gold medal in all advanced co-op missions Dodge this – Achieve a kill chain of 10 or more in any advanced co-op mission Bulletproof – Complete all co-op missions without dying.
Outlaws to the End is just the first piece of DLC for Red Dead Redemption, with the development team promising that it has long term plans for the cooperative element of the Western-based open world shooter. The creators could also be thinking about putting together more content for the single player narrative.
Red Dead Redemption was launched on May 18 in North America and three days later in Europe, and has already managed to become the fastest selling title of the year. Reviewers praised the way Rockstar managed to create a world, which always feels exciting and full of surprises for the faithful representation of the era. The company is keen on making the game a success that can spawn a series similar in scope and potential sales to Grand Theft Auto.
