14 DAY TRIAL // It’s a known fact that the awards season and the Oscars in particular put a lot of pressure on attendees to look their best. Some female celebrities have even admitted to dieting for months to look perfect in their favorite designer, so funny that Ellen DeGeneres should serve pizza during the Oscarcast 2014.
The hilarious moment is shown in full in the video above.
Ellen was actually about to introduce the President of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences to the stage when she performed this hilarious bit. She and a guy of whom she said was a delivery boy came down into the audience with three pizzas in their respective boxes.
Because she knew too well just how expensive all the outfits stars had on were, Ellen also brought plastic plates and napkins, and then proceeded to handing out slices to whoever wanted.
Brad Pitt asked for a pepperoni slice, Jared Leto wanted one for his mother, Jonah Hill, Julia Roberts, Harrison Ford and Meryl Streep also asked for pizza. Leonardo DiCaprio just smiled and said he was “cool,” Kevin Spacey took an entire box to pass around.
However, don’t think that this was just Ellen being generous. She might get credit for being considerate enough to think of feeding the starving celebrities, but she didn’t pay for the feast, asking instead Sandra Bullock or Harvey Weinstein to foot the bill.
No word on how much they might have tipped the delivery guy.
