14 DAY TRIAL // A few months back, Oscar winning actress Hillary Swank was saying working out was like breathing for her, when speaking about her workout routine and how she couldn’t possibly imagine her days without some form of exercise. Judging by how she looked at the Vanity Fair Oscars 2010 after-party, it’s no wonder she works out so much to maintain her figure.
Dressed in a barely-there black number with a décolletage that went down to her navel, Swank brought the wow factor to the Vanity Fair party, as JustJared can confirm. What’s more, in the back the dress was also very low cut, stopping short before her backside and thus emphasizing her toned figure. Of course, straps and tape kept the outfit in place to avoid any mishaps, but without taking anything from the jaw-dropping outfit.

As for accessories, suffice it to say that Mrs. Swank had plenty of those, virtually dripping in diamonds. “Hilary rocked a Solange Azagury-Partridge Supernova 18 ct blackened white gold and diamond ring and Jimmy Choo ‘Emerald’ platform sandals at the party. She also sported a ‘Charleston’ diamond pendant and ‘Lotus’ diamond earrings set in 18k white gold by Van Cleef & Arpels,” JustJared further says.
The star did not attend the Oscars or, if she did, she somehow managed to avoid the red carpet and the hundred of photographers on the lookout for stars to shoot. However, one might as well say that she more than made up for it with her appearance at the Vanity Fair after-party, with a little black dress the world is unlikely to forget any time soon.
