There are only four more days until 77th Annual Academy Awards and as usual every member of Academy, presenter and performer is receiving their official Oscar gift basket.

Shortly after the Academy Award nominations were announced Tuesday, gift baskets were being assembled for acting and best-director contenders.

The news is that this year this gift will include a new Sprint PCS Phone by Samsung, one of latest multimedia devices - which is not yet available in stores.

This phone is like a mini-TV and supports Sprint PCS Video Mail, Picture Mail, multimedia streaming services and text messaging, and is equipped with a full-color TFT main and sub-display, both with 262K colors. Beside that it has an MPEG4 video screen saver and the internal phone book can store up to 500 contacts.

Another of the many fabulous gifts will be a limited edition RAZR V3 from Motorola; black in color instead of the standard metal finish.

Last month, Motorola hinted that it planned to add new colors and designs to the RAZR line-up, while a few weeks earlier, Motorola released details regarding a block form factor of the RAZR, named the Sliver. No details were publicized if the limited edition RAZR V3 phones were planned for public release.

There were no comments from the representatives of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

Other gifts form the Oscar basket are an 18-inch baroque Tahitian pearl necklace donated by PearlParadise.com and jewelry made by a Greensboro designer.
