Good news for those who want to get their hands on OnePlus' amazingly cheap Android smartphone, as the OnePlus One will be even cheaper for the next seven days.

The Chinese company teased last week a special event that should debut on June 1 and should “shake up the industry.”

Although everyone though that the OnePlus 2 might be announced today, the company's co-founder confirmed over the weekend that the sequel to OnePlus One would be launched in Q3 and that this event has nothing to do with it.

Well, he was right since OnePlus announced that for the next seven days its high-end OnePlus One smartphone would have its priced reduced by $50.

This means that customers will be able to grab the OnePlus One for just $250 (€250) for the 16GB mode, or $300 (€300) for the 64GB variant. Keep in mind that the former is only available in white, while the latter is available in black.

Hurry, as stock is limited each day

According to OnePlus, the stock is limited each day, so customers will have seven chances to get the OnePlus One at this promotional price.

The OnePlus One ships with CyanogenMod 12, which is based on Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system. It's powered by a 2.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, an Adreno 330 graphics processing unit and 3GB of RAM.

You can get the smartphone with either 16GB or 64GB of storage, but keep in mind that OnePlus One lacks microSD card slot for memory expansion.

Also, the smartphone sports a 5.5-inch display that supports full HD (1080p) resolution and features Corning Gorilla Glass 3 coating.

There's also a 13-megapixel camera on the back, which features autofocus, dual-LED flash and 4K video recording, while in the front there's a secondary 5-megapixel camera.

Here are the timings for the OnePlus One's flash sales. If you missed the smartphone during a flash sale, you can come back the next day and try your luck once again.
