There were rumors that Chinese company OnePlus might put its One smartphone on sale in India through major retailer Flipkart, but there were details on availability and pricing options.

Today, OnePlus announced that its flagship smartphone swill be available for purchase at Flipkart during a 3-day sale period starting June 22.

The good news is the 64GB OnePlus One (Sandstone Black) will be part of the “Big App Shopping Days,” so it will be available for just Rs 19,998 outright, which is about $315 or €275. Customers will be able to grab it via both the Flipkart app and desktop.

According to OnePlus, beginning June 25, the 64GB Sandstone Black OnePlus One smartphone will be available on Flipkart for an increased price of Rs 21,999 ($345 / €305) upfront.

On the other hand, the 16GB Silk White OnePlus One will go on sale at Flipkart in the coming weeks and it will cost only Rs 18,999 ($300 / €260).

“The best of associations aren’t dependent on a mere common goal but on a shared path of equality, desire and no small amount of passion.

In saying this, we are incredibly excited in bringing the hottest smartphone to hit the country this past year, the OnePlus One to millions of Flipkart users and fans of our brand out there,” said the OnePlus Team.

The OnePlus 2 is just around the corner

The Chinese company is readying to the launch if its next flagship smarpthone, the OnePlus 2, which is expected to be unveiled sometime in July.

While the complete specs of the OnePlus 2 have yet to be revealed, the Chinese company confirmed the smartphone will be equipped with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 810 processor and that it will not overheat.

Other than that, we also know that it will cost more than OnePlus One, which was initially available for $322, which makes sense considering the improved processor and possibly the rest of the phone's specs.
