Eco-organizations place dozens of animals on different lists, which show that they are suffering due to climate change or human influence, but the fate of frogs shouldn't make people raise their eyebrows, since biologists say that 200 amphibians have disappeared in a relatively short period of time.
Many such creatures have been killed by a deadly fungus disease, chytridiomycosis, which has succeeded in making entire frog populations vanish.
Experts say that, from this point of view, humankind is facing the biggest challenge since the disappearance of dinosaurs.
