With less than a week left until Olympus finally announces its new entry-level interchangeable lens camera, the E-M10, all sorts of rumors are circulating on the web regarding its possible specs, price, or availability.

Last week we stumbled upon the very first images with the E-M10 and, along with them, a trusted source also revealed the estimated retail prices for the Japanese market, as follows: ¥80,000 / €560 / $760 body only, ¥95,000 / €670 / $910 for the single lens kit, and ¥110,000 / €775 / $1,050 for the double lens kit.

So far, no information has been offered regarding the possible prices for the European and US markets but, today, an anonymous source told 43rumors that the E-M10 body only would hit UK market shelves at a price of £699 / €850 / $1,150.

We all know that UK prices are sky-high when it comes to digital cameras and we had lots of examples in the past (see Nikon Df) but, if this is true, purchasing an E-M10 camera body in the UK will be more expensive than buying the double lens kit in Japan.
