The other three new Samsung slates were made available back in February

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Samsung had a surprise in stored for lovers and tech lovers in particular. The Korean tech giant announced the availability of three of the four tablets it had unveiled at CES 2014, the month before, including the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2, Galaxy TabPRO 10.1 and Galaxy TabPRO 8.4.

The larger of the Galaxy TabPRO line, the 12.2-inch model, was said to arrive at a later date. And now Samsung has announced the tablet will be available March 9.

Interested customers will be able to purchase the slate via Samsung’s own store, Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Newegg or Tiger Direct. The Galaxy TabPRO 12.2 price starts up from $649.99 (€473), a hefty price, though the specifications are to match.

The tablet has a 12.2-inch display with a 2560 x 1600 pixel resolution. Under the hood, Sammy has added its own Exynos 5 Octa-Core 5320 processor combined with 3GB of RAM and backed-up by 32GB of internal storage (expandable via microSD). Keep in mind that those purchasing the tablet will be awarded a full goodie basket of freebies worth $800 (€583).
