We are all but statistics? The dead, the living, the peers and the seeds?

Settle down! Settle down! Settle down!!! I wasn't talking about you. Stop waving your kitsch brown and yellow flag around and go back to feasting on the fast food buckets in front of the TV or to your KKK or AA meetings before I run out of vowels, or shoot another Iraqi or Afghani, they are all just statistics anyway. Oh yes, and don't forget, vote Bush!

I've just taken a brake from Episode One to write this, does it show? What a superb game! Valve! Thanks Valve! And support the piratebay.org!

So, the Spanish government has made it a civil offense to download unauthorized materials, to use an euphemism, via p2p technology, and a criminal offense for the ISPs to intermediate peer-to-peer downloads, or host BitTorrent sites on their servers.

Hmm? You do realize that the Romanian government is equally capable of such a law, don't you? What can one say at this point to avoid a context of frustration? Oh, but is not their fault, they cast votes out of Pavlovian trained political reflexes, they don't mean any harm. And the inbreeded, obscene legislation that is regurgitated in the process is not of their making, as they are mere lapdogs for their European masters. (Oh, how French!) They have been well trained, and thoroughly disciplined to obey their EU masters.

Go ahead! Take this voting card. That's a good boy, that's a good Romanian senator! Now vote! Vote! Vote for our common American friends. Vote for Bill, vote for MPAA and don't forget to vote Bush! Oh yes, good boy, now you get a treat, you get to send some citizens to die in Iraq or in Afghanistan, or in Iran. Oh, I'm sorry, did I say Iran? That's what we have planned for next summer collection. It's very chic, very pret-a-porte, we're gonna dress you up in camouflage, oh, it's the latest fashion, and we're gonna send you to war! Oh, believe me, it's so French, you'll love it! Will give you war heroes!

Legislative dressage at its best!!!

And what heroes! Like Gheorghita Ionel Dragusanu. A soldier in a war zone (Kandahar, Afghanistan) - no, really? do tell! - dead. How? He was on a routine patrol mission returning to base when he stepped on a mine, or drove over it! Therefore? a hero was born! Therefore a lamentable media circus, with a pathetic display of political propaganda from the very president of Romania, we all got to see stage diva tears on the face of the ex-sailor as he mourned the death of a hero with the soldiers' wife and daughter. Let me make this clear, Gheorghita Ionel Dragusanu is not a hero! He is maybe casualty in a war where he didn't belong, but absolutely not a hero.

The real question here is how much longer are we going to fight and die in obscene American wars, and how much more is our carnivalesque imposture of a Parliament going to promulgate obscene American legislation? Because you may not be aware of it but MPAA and MPA EMEA are on the way. The Spanish copyright law is their victory. When will our governing body be amputated from EU and USA and start to enact statutory law on its own? When are our Parliament and Senate going to evolve past a legislator appendix in their legislative dressage class? Before or after p2p technology will be considered a civil offence?

We are all but statistics? The dead, the living, the peers and the seeds? and they own the copyrights? You want to talk about copyright infringements? Our entire Constitution is a shameless copy of the French one! But I guess the Constitution is freeware, isn't it?
