Coming to expand its range of Fatal1ty-branded products, OCZ Technology, one of the world's leading manufacturers of high-performance memory and computer hardware products, has recently announced the introduction of the first power supply models designed to be part of the Fatal1ty series.

As it was to be expected, the new PSUs have been specifically developed to meet the performance requirements of computer gamers, providing them with stable and efficient power for mainstream or high-end gaming rigs. As with other Fatal1ty-branded products, these new OCZ PSUs will also target the gaming segment.

"OCZ and Fatal1ty are excited to introduce a complete series of new power supplies designed specifically for the entire spectrum of gamers,” said Director of Product Management for the OCZ Technology Group, Ryan Edwards. “No matter what level of gamer you are, or what type of system configuration you are running, these new PSUs are designed to pair perfectly with the latest graphics cards and offer clean, stable power for both single and dual GPU setups. The 80+ design makes the PSUs green and more efficient, and premium high reliability, silent LED lit fans ensure that consumers can stay focused on their game."

Just like with other Fatal1ty-branded hardware products, these new PSUs from OCZ have been developed in collaboration with professional gamer Johnathan “Fatal1ty” Wendel, who is a 12-time World champion. These just released OCZ power supply units come to offer users three configuration choices, including a non-modular 400W, modular 550W and a high-performance +12V single-rail 700W. All of them include features such as an 80+ Certification for ultimate efficiency, highly reliable MTBF and a 120mm LED fan, while the Fatal1ty Professional 550W Modular and 700W Single Rail PSU also boast an SLI-Certification.

In true Fatal1ty spirit, all these OCZ PSUs are designed to feature a glowing red LED light, thus further increasing the personalization level of a user's PC.
