The new platforms will come with a uniform feature set, such as the new Shader Model 4.0, CUDA 4.0 as well as GPU computing for visualization. The new graphics processor has been designed to mix high performance and visualization of large datasets with state-of-the-art image quality enclosed in a single notebook.

The new graphics solution will show the company's commitment to professionals also, given the fact that Nvidia is seen more like a gamer-oriented graphics solutions provider. The CUDA-ready processor can perfectly fit into a standard, mobile graphics adapter. The default configuration comes up with 512MB of RAM, power-management features, and a 256-bit memory interface that allows for data transfer rates of up to 51.2GB/s.
