Well, it's not an actual store nor is it a convention. It's not even real but it exists in the digital world only. And that's enough since it holds many products that are hard to find.Nvidia thought it was a good idea to launch the digital SLI Marketplace store right before holiday season. And they were so right.

Anything your money can buy and is in some way SLI or Nvidia related can be found on this store. More than 50 brands are present, ranging from certified SLI PSUs to video cards, motherboards and even memory sticks that are certified for SLI use. Ebay auctions are also possible, depending on the product you're searching for.

"Step by step, it walks do-it-yourself customers through the process of building a state-of-the-art gaming PC, ensuring that all of the components are compatible. Even customers not previously familiar with SLI technology can now make intelligent purchases from our wide range of PC component offerings," said Doug Marrs, vice president at Buy.com, one of the websites that is listed on the digital SLI Marketplace.

When customers enter the SLI Marketplace, they can search for desktops, notebooks, and components, all of them being SLI ready. A section for "Nvidia Gear" is available in case you need Nvidia products that do not relate to SLI. For consumers who want to buy a full PC, the site takes them through a series of steps where they can select what components will be used. At the end the final price is calculated, depending on the number of retailers available.
