A ten-year-old boy from Norway made the headlines several days ago after stealing his parents car for a joyride and claiming to be a dwarf.

Last week, the boy took his 18-month-old sister on a journey to his grandparents' house, located 60 km (37 miles) away from his Dokka house in Oslo.

However, he didn't make it. He managed to drive nearly 11 km (7 miles), then he swerved off the road into a ditch. When the police came to the site, the boy pretended to be a dwarf who had forgotten his driver's license at home.

Well, it seems that the unnamed youngster did it again. This time, he got into his aunt's car and managed to drive about 30 km (19 miles) before being stopped on national highway 33, according to the local police.

When the parents realized the car and the boy were missing, they phoned police who asked the public for help via traffic radio and messages posted on Twitter. The boy eventually stopped and a bystander took the keys off him.

“It was my sister's car that he took. The keys were in the ignition, so unfortunately, it was easy for him to get hold of them,” said the boy's mother, as reported by Daily Mail.

While the first time it happened, officers didn't press charges, this time they haven’t been so forgiving, so they reported the parents to child services.

“Nobody was injured, but that was more due to luck than anything else. The adults around the boy must take responsibility now before a tragedy occurs. It is scary and very sad that he is allowed to keep going on like this,” said Baard Christiansen, spokesman for the Vest Oppland police.

After the first incident, the boy had promised his parents that it would never happen again, but it seems that he wasn't able to keep his promise.
