The Nokia Lumia 2520 was the Finnish company’s first attempt at building a tablet and according to the feed-back it received, it was a pretty decent one. The Windows RT slate arrived with some impressive pieces of equipment under the hood and a beautiful colorful design.

But given that the tablet was marketed as being perfect for productive activities, a keyboard companion proves to be a necessity if one wants to take advantage of the full potential of the slate.

In the US, early adopters of the slate were promised a free Nokia Power Keyboard with their purchase. The accessory is a pretty amazing item to have around, as it comes equipped with an extra battery capable of prolonging the slate’s life cycle, but Nokia took its sweet time before delivering the promised goods to its customers.

However, if you didn't manage to catch the promotion, you should know the same Keyboard is now available with both Verizon and AT&T. As mentioned above, the keyboard comes with an extra battery (2,027 mAh) and a couple of full-size USB 2.0 ports, so don’t expect it to come very cheap. Both US carriers are offering this essential accessory for the Nokia Lumia 2520 for $149 / €107 a pop.
