Microsoft continues to roll out the Nokia Lumia 930 and Lumia 635 smartphones worldwide, and the next country to get the former seems to be the United Arab Emirates.

The better-featured of the two Windows Phone 8.1 handsets, Nokia Lumia 930 is not yet available for purchase in the UAE, but fans can pre-order the smartphone through major carrier Axiom Telecom, WPCentral reports.

Customers who want to make sure they get the Lumia 930 when it arrives in the UAE can pre-purchase it for only 2,200 AED outright, which is about $600 or €440.

It appears that the upfront price in the UAE is a bit lower than the European price. The smartphone is even cheaper than the Australian version, which has been recently priced at $700 AUD ($655 / €480) off-contract.

Axiom Telecom offers the Nokia Lumia 930 in four color options, including black, white, green, and orange. There’s no official release date available for the Lumia 930, but those who wish to be notified on the phone’s availability as soon as it becomes available can now register their email addresses at Axiom Telecom.

The international version of the Lumia Icon, which is now available at Verizon Wireless, Nokia Lumia 930, will ship with the Windows Phone 8.1 platform onboard.

This is one of the phone’s main selling points, along with the powerful specs sheet, obviously. The high-end smartphone is armed with a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, which is clocked at 2.2GHz.

It also comes equipped with an Adreno 330 graphics processing unit and 2GB of RAM. Although the Lumia 930 lacks microSD card slot for memory expansion, the device packs no less than 32GB of storage out of the box.

Nokia Lumia 930 owners will also receive at least 15GB of free cloud storage via OneDrive, so there should be plenty of internal memory available for those using the handset.

Potential customers will be pleased to know that the smartphone also sports a stunning 5-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display that supports full HD (1080p) resolution and features ClearBlack technology, along with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 coating.

Another strong point of the phone is definitely the 20-megapixel PureView camera that features Carl Zeiss lens, autofocus, dual-LED flash, OIS (optical image stabilization), and full HD (1080p) video recording.

The Lumia 930 comes packed with lots of connectivity options, including LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microUSB, and GPS with A-GPS support and GLONASS.
