The Lumia 920 made headlines in the last couple of days. Apparently, the phone is now sold out in most regions of the world, so Windows Phone fans that did not receive their devices will certainly have to wait a bit longer.

After US-based carrier AT&T announced that its red, yellow and cyan Lumia 920 stock has been exhausted, it looks like Germany is now out of Nokia Lumia 920 units as well.

WMPoweruser reports most leading retailers and carriers across the country depleted their Nokia Lumia 920 stocks. The Finnish company has already acknowledged the problem and claims it is now working to bring more Lumia 920 units in the country.

“We are very pleased with the great interest in our new Lumia smartphones. Due to high demand we have received reports that the Lumia 920 is already sold out in many stores. We are already working on that again all models in the colors available in Germany as soon as possible to get ready in the shops are.”

Unfortunately, there have been many reports from customers who pre-ordered the Lumia 920 in various colors and have yet to receive their devices.

Most stores that are selling the Nokia Lumia 920 claim they can deliver it in 2 to 5 weeks, even though the Finnish handset maker said it planned to redirect some of its Lumia 920 production to Germany.

Well, “until then, we have for those of you who want to have their Lumia as soon as possible, considered the following: We ask all dealers and customers to post here Lumia 920 when available in their shop they are or know of stores that have Lumia 920 still available,” says Nokia Germany on its Facebook page.

There's no telling when the next shipment of Nokia Lumia 920 lands in Germany, but we will keep an eye out on this one, so stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
