With only a few weeks until Nokia’s latest Windows Phone flagship smartphone, the Lumia 920 is expected to go on sale, rumors on the phone’s release date heat up.

We already know the smartphone will be exclusive to AT&T in the United States and Rogers in Canada, though the exact launch date of the Lumia 920 has yet to be officially confirmed.

According to the latest rumors, Nokia Lumia 920 is set to arrive in the US on November 4, while other countries are expected to get it around the same timeframe.

Windows Phone fans in Australia will also be able to purchase the Lumia 920, though it appears that Nokia signed an exclusivity agreement with Telstra, so keep this in mind if you’re thinking to wait for this one to go on sale.

The folks over at Neowin have been recently tipped by someone who works for a company that has a partnership with Telstra, on the upcoming launch of the Lumia 920. According to him, the smartphone will be available for purchase starting November 5.

The release day confirmed by the tipster seems to be in line with other international launch dates of the Nokia Lumia 920, so it must be accurate.

However, word is that the Australian carrier’s release date for Nokia Lumia 920 is subject to change and may be pushed back by up to 10 days, so we should wait for the official announcement before getting any high hopes.

More rumors suggest that Nokia Lumia 920 will be priced by Telstra at $999 AUD (1020 USD or 795 EUR) off-contract, though we don’t have any confirmation on this one yet.

We will probably have more info on the phone’s price tag and availability on October 28 when Telstra’s retailer JBHifi plans to unveil more details, so stay tuned for more updates.
