Israel is the next country where Nokia Lumia 920 will make its debut in the next couple of days. The smartphone is expected to hit shelves on January 26 at Nokia Store locations across the country.

In order to highlight the upcoming release of the smartphone, Nokia Israel is running a contest on its official Facebook page. Those who join can win a Lumia 920 if they upload their picture and are lucky enough to be picked on January 26.

According to WMPoweruser, those who join the contest and wish to increase their chances to win the Nokia Lumia 920 can invite up to 5 friends. Some special prizes will also be available for those who refer their friends to the contest.

Nokia Lumia 920 is one of the best-selling Windows Phone devices, though the Finnish company wasn’t able to fulfill the high demand for the smartphone in the last couple of months.

The handset was launched in numerous countries, but due to low supply, customers can consider themselves lucky if they find one available for purchase.

Customers in Israel who are anxiously waiting to purchase the Lumia 920 should make sure they know when and where the smartphone will be available, as the phone will probably be sold out in a matter of hours.

For the time being, Nokia Israel has not unveiled any details regarding the phone’s pricing options, but we suspect that it will cost around €600/$800 outright.

Hardware-wise, the Lumia 920 is the best-featured Windows Phone handset available on the market. The smartphone comes equipped with a dual-core processor clocked at 1.5 GHz, an Adreno 225 graphics processing unit and 1GB of RAM.

The phone packs 32GB of internal memory and a stunning 4.5-inch PureMotion HD+ capacitive touchscreen display that supports HD (768 x 1280 pixels) resolution, and features Corning Gorilla Glass 2 coating.
