We reported a few days ago that one of the cheapest Windows Phone handsets, the Lumia 435, got even cheaper at Walmart. The T-Mobile version is available for purchase in the United States through the mentioned retailer for just $50.

Well, it looks like another Lumia smartphone benefits from a similar price cut, but this time customers will be able to get it even cheaper.

The Virgin Mobile version of Nokia Lumia 635 is now available for purchase at Best Buy for only $50, which is a major price cut from the smartphone's $100 retail price.

Keep in mind that this offer does not apply to online purchases, so you will have to get the discounted Lumia 635 from Best Buy brick and mortar stores.

It's also worth mentioning that Best Buy offers the 1GB version of the Lumia 635, not the downgraded 512MB model.

The promotion is available only for a limited time, but Best Buy does not share any details on exactly when the sale is supposed to end.

The offer is only available in stores

The Lumia 635 was launched last year as a budget-friendly Windows Phone handset. The smartphone ships with Windows Phone 8.1, but it might receive a Windows 10 upgrade when Microsoft makes it available.

As mentioned earlier, the smartphone comes with 1GB of RAM and packs a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snpadragon 400 processor, an Adreno 305 graphics processing unit and 8GB of internal memory.

The amount of storage can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot. Nokia Lumia 635 also sports a 4.5-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display that supports 480 x 854 pixels resolution and features Corning Gorilla Glass 3 coating.

It also comes with LTE support and a 5-megapixel camera on the back, which features autofocus and HD (720p) video recording. There's no front-facing camera or LED flash though.
