The Windows-based slate is said to pack a 10.1-inch display

We're already expecting Nokia and Microsoft to unveil their first phablet, the Lumia 1520 next month, but new info that has just emerged points to a much bigger launch.

According to evleaks, Verizon Wireless will be among the first carriers to receive the unannounced Nokia Lumia 2520 tablet. The slate will be available in both black and red color options and its cost is said to start from around $500 (€370).

Rumor has it the Nokia tablet will be powered by Windows RT 8.1 platform and will be equipped with Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor clocked at 2.15 GHz.

It will also sports a 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen display, 6.7-megapixel main camera featuring Carl Zeiss lens, 2-megapixel front-facing camera and 32GB of internal memory.

Nokia Lumia 2520 is said to come with support for LTE for both AT&T and Verizon, but we will know more next month when the Finnish company is expected to officially introduce the tablet.
