The Nokia Lumia 2520 tablet has been selling in the UK since November, but many owners of the slate have been craving for the Power Keyboard accessory (which their American counterparts will be getting for free).

Last week Nokia said it was finally shipping the accessory to retailers, and one of the first to get it is John Lewis. Only the black version appears to be available for now, but the red model should make an appearance soon enough.

The accessory will provide protection for the tablet and give users a physical keyboard / touchpad to facilitate productive activities. In addition, it will prolong battery life (it has an extra 2027 mAh battery embedded within) and offer two full-sized USB ports.

John Lewis is selling the keyboard for £149.95 / $247 / €182.
