Leaked last week, along with other Symbian Belle smartphones, Nokia 700 Zeta has been spotted again in several “official” photos.

Although there are no mentions about the phone's specifications, it is expected that the Finnish giant will use a new naming system for the phones that showed up last week, including Nokia Zeta, Helen, Cindy and Fate.

The latest hearsay says that Nokia is thinking to use a Nokia 500, 600, 700 and so on, for the next phones that will be launched this year.

The new naming system will probably be used only for the new wave of smartphones that will be delivered with Symbian Belle operating system on board, but then again, there are no confirmations about these allegations.

Nokia 700 Zeta is one of the new Symbian Belle devices that will mark another milestone for Nokia, as one of the first Symbian handsets to be equipped with a single core processor clocked at 1GHz.

It remains to be seen which of the four Symbian-Belle smartphones that were spotted last week will hit shelves first, if they were confirmed by the Finnish handset maker.

Nokia 700 Zeta may seem an average smartphone in comparison with other Android devices, but save for the N9 and Nokia 701, this should be one of Nokia's most powerful Symbian smartphones.

According to its specification list, Nokia 700 Zeta should be delivered with a medium size 3.2-inch AMOLED display with an HD resolution of 640x360 pixels, NFC technology, as well as 1GHz processor.

The main attraction of the phone will be its design, as Nokia will tout the 700 as “the thinnest smartphone ever.”

Nokia 700 Zeta is said to measure 110 x 51 x 10mm and weighs only 80g (battery included).

Other highlights of the phone include 3G support for HSPA connectivity, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, a 5-megapixel camera with LED flash, as well as microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).
