Last week, Nokia announced the upcoming availability of three new handsets running under its Symbian Belle operating system, and those who would like to learn a few more details on them can now have a look at two presentation videos that emerged for the Nokia 600 and Nokia 700.

Both new smartphones will arrive on the market later during the ongoing year with fast 1GHz application processors inside, which will make them some of the most powerful Symbian devices on the market.

Not to mention that they will be running under Belle, the next flavor of Symbian, which comes along with a nice range of enhancements when compared to the previous flavors of the OS.

Some of the main enhancements that the new mobile platform comes with when compared to Symbian Anna would include 6 homescreens, along with a new status bar, which should provide users with all of the information they want very easily.

The features list of Belle also includes the ability to easily personalize the experience users receive from it, and enhanced sharing capabilities.

Moreover, Nokia announced that the platform came along with Live widgets that sport different sizes than before, as well as with support for NFC (Near Field Communication) for pairing with compatible devices to share various content.

Both Nokia 600 and Nokia 700 are said to come to the market with 3.2 inch AMOLED ClearBlack displays, and to include 5-megapixel photo snappers, with support for HD video recording capabilities.

The specifications list of Nokia 600 also includes NFC, built-in FM radio, a 1200 MAh battery, as well as WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity capabilities.

As for the Nokia 700, it comes to the market with a 1080 mAh battery inside, and with support for WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, as well as with NFC capabilities packed inside a thin design.

Until now, no specific info on when these handsets might arrive on shelves has emerged, but it should not be too long before Nokia makes these details available. In the meantime, have a look at the videos embedded below to learn more on them. (via)
