The phone features a clear 2.9 inch widescreen display, on which users can enjoy movies from YouTube and Facebook or self made. They will also be able to enjoy the pop-up Media Bar on the screen, which enables fast access to music, photos, videos and Internet, as well as to applications like Ovi Share, Flickr and VOX. At the same time, those who would like to purchase new songs will benefit from direct access to Nokia Music Store.

The 'people carousel' feature of the Nokia 5530 XpressMusic includes thumbnail images of up to 20 close friends and offers users the possibility to easily access them and the communication history with them, including emails, phone calls, photos or other social media updates.
