It should be able to soundlessly cool CPUs of up to 80W

Making a cooler is easy. Making a cooler that lacks a fan but still manages to keep heat low is another matter entirely, but to Nofan, it's just a challenge to live up to its name.

Long story short, Nofan has introduced the CR-80EH (FanlessTech), which is made of copper. Copper wires in fact.

In all honesty, it looks like a very small wicker basket. Or bucket. Or thimble.

It weighs 300 grams / 0.66 pounds, has a diameter of 155 mm / 6.10 inches (upper ring) and is 113 mm / 4.44 inches tall.

Add to that a solid copper base with mirror finish and you have a fairly interesting piece of work on your hands. Finally, a single, 6 mm-thick heatpipe holds everything together.

All in all, the CR-80EH should be able to cope with CPUs of up to 80W TDP. That includes AMD Fm2 CPUs and Intel LGA1150, LGA1155, and LGA1156. The price is of $60 / €45 and sales will start in a few weeks.
