Now including two of Noctua's famous NF-B9 92mm fans, the new NH-U9B SE2 is the latest in the company's history of quiet and efficient cooling solutions. This cooler is especially suitable for HTPC thanks to its compactness and the very low level of noise produced. Support for LGA1156 as well as LGA1366 via the latest SecuFirm2™ multi-socket mounting system makes this cooler compatible with LGA1366, LGA1156, LGA775, AM2, AM2+ and AM3. To add to its convenience, it even allows for compatibility with Intel's latest Core i7 and Core i5 processors.

"Many customers who are looking for a premium quality quiet cooler but can't accommodate our larger models are choosing our NH-U9B, which offers performance levels close to its bigger brothers while being much more compact," Mag. Roland Mossig, Noctua CEO, explains. "Given the ongoing popularity of the NH-U9B, we've decided to create a special edition that comes with a second NF-B9 fan and provides support for the latest CPUs."

The cooler uses not one but two of the award-winning NF-B9 92mm fans. Not only that, but it even comes with Low-Noise and ultra-Low-Noise Adapters, which allow users to tune the fan speed according to their preferences in the push-pull mode, whether to eliminate sound (for watching films or other multimedia) or maximize the rotary speeds for the more resource-consuming tasks.

Noctua is a leading manufacturer of cooling mechanisms that are designed in such a way so as to produce the least possible level of noise while boasting exceptional performance and high quality. More than 100,000 people worldwide use Noctua cooling mechanisms. The company has even received over 1,000 awards and recommendations from leading hardware websites and magazines. This release is most likely meant to perpetuate this lasting tradition.

The NH-U9B SE2 will be available at a recommended retail price of EUR 46.90 / USD 54.90.
