After seeing what games were played at last weekend's Nintendo World Expo, the Japanese company has now revealed just what titles will be released right at the launch of its new handheld, the Nintendo 3DS.

Nintendo is getting ready to release its biggest product since the arrival of the Wii, back in 2006, and has invested a lot into the new 3DS.

In order to really capture the early adopters, the Japanese company has just revealed the launch line-up of games that will be arriving alongside the 3DS.

As you can imagine, Nintendo has a solid first-party lineup, with titles like Nintendogs + Cats, which will see three different versions released.

Other games were also confirmed, including Konami's Winning Eleven Soccer 3D (also known as Pro Evolution Soccer outside Japan), Capcom's Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition, Samurai Warriors Chronicle, Puzzle Bobble 3D, Ridge Racer 3D, Battle of the Giants: Dinosaurs 3D and Professor Layton and the Mask of Miracles.

Nintendo isn't content with just these titles, however, and has confirmed that Steel Driver, Pilotwings Resort and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D will be released in Spring for the 3DS.

Star Fox 64 3D and Kid Icarus: Uprising will be launched in summer, while other titles like Mario Kard 3DS, Animal Crossing 3DS or Paper Mario 3DS will be released this year.

The Nintendo 3DS is set to be most important handheld launch of the year, as it will finally offer 3D gaming to the masses, without the necessity of wearing special glasses or any other peripherals.

Nintendo is looking forward to its release, saying that it will be a landmark moment for 3D and portable gaming.

The Nintendo 3DS will be launched next month in Japan, and will arrive in the rest of the world around March.
