You must be happy you haven’t canceled your Tidal subscription yet because Nicki Minaj and Beyonce just dropped a brand new video on Jay Z’s streaming service. A teaser for “Feeling Myself” is included below, but the full version is available only to those with a paying subscription.

Whereas in the case of other Tidal releases (Rihanna, Beyonce, to name just two) the videos ended up online within minutes of the official outing, as of the time of writing, there is no other high-quality version of “Feeling Myself” than the one on Tidal.

The video was shot in Indio, California, during the famous Coachella music festival, and shows the two divas hanging out, twerking, eating burgers, working on their suntan and having a blast, while spitting out the aggressive lyrics of the track.

“Feeling Myself” is included on Nicki’s most recent album, “The Pinkprint,” and marks the second time she and Beyonce work together on music. Their previous collaboration was “Flawless,” which was a Beyonce release.

“Feeling Myself” is produced by Hit-Boy, who also makes a quick cameo in the official video. On a final note, there was never an announcement for a release date for the video, so fans / Tidal subscribers woke up to the most pleasant surprise.

The music streaming service is yet to prove the hit it was expected to be, so it could be that Jay is using the same recipe Beyonce used for her “Beyonce” album to get more people interested in it, namely that of dropping fresh material without an announcement or any kind of hype.
