14 DAY TRIAL // Back in November, when Android 4.4 KitKat wasn't out just yet, Google posted an ad for the upcoming build depicting a woman in a café browsing on a mysterious tablet.
The slate featured a visibly slimmer bezel, thinner than the one we seen on the Google Nexus 7 (2013). Back then speculations indicated this was the Google Nexus 8 and recent rumors claim that the tablet might make it out on the market by mid-2014.
But while we wait on that, Nikolai Prettner has created a concept of the upcoming tablet which draws from the same design cues shown in the KitKat ad.
The render shows a tablet with a slim bezel and there’s a slight resemblance with the LG G Pad too. Folks commenting on Google+ also talk about a 2K display and Snapdragon 805 CPU. As for operating system, it might Android 4.5 or even 5.0. Check it out for yourselves.
