February 13 appears to be an important date for tableters in the US. Not only will Samsung be making available its new Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 and two models of the Samsung TabPRO line but, according to recent information, the Nexus 7 with Verizon LTE will be making an appearance too.

As Droid-Life reports, sources confirm the Nexus 7 will finally make an appearance on Verizon a day before Valentine’s Day.

In case you don’t remember, the Nexus 7 has had some activation problems under big red. The carrier claimed that the device was undergoing an LTE certification process under its banner, but it halted the procedures shorty after.

The reason given for this was that Google was just about to push its Android KitKat 4.4 update, which would supposedly solve everything. Since the newest Android built has been out for a while now, it's high time big red finally offered the Nexus 7 and, get this, they’ll be selling it without their pesky logo imprint on the back.
