This may be perfect for those multi-display gaming configurations

Oddly enough, ViewSonic's latest monitor doesn't seem all that geared towards multi-monitor configurations like AMD EyeFinity, even though its lack of bezel would make it excellent for such things.

Called VX2770Sml0, the display measures 27 inches in diagonal and has a piano black frame, though there's barely any of it, besides the lower edge.

The native resolution of the newcomer is 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD, as one might expect).

Given these assets, one might understand why I feel that the VX2770Sml0 would be perfect for EyeFinity and NVIDIA 3D Vision Surround.

Nevertheless, ViewSonic focuses more on the compatibility with smartphones, tablets and new consumer cameras, via MHL (mobile high-definition link).

For normal PC support, DVI and D-Sub inputs exist.

"Our new VX2770Sml-LED display offers the best combination of performance and features in the industry, and we've sweetened the deal by packaging it up in a beautiful frameless bezel design," said Brian Huang, senior product manager at ViewSonic.
