The new phone from Siemens was supposedly on display at SITEX in Singapore last week, and if real, it is said to go tri-band GSM with UMTS (2100). The new slim Siemens SLV140 includes a 2 megapixel camera in a thin clamshell design.

This flat folding mobile phone is to compete in design terms with the Motorola RAZR.

Here are a few new references on the technical data: the main display is 2.2 inch large, has a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels and is capable of showing 262,144 colors. The colors' number in the case of the external display is alike. However, it has a resolution of 120 x 160 pixels with a size of 1.3 inch.

Further features are video phone, audio and video rendition, admission, streaming and download. It contains an integrated MP3-Player, microSD slot as well as USB and Bluetooth interfaces.

We don't have any info about the dimensions yet, but it must be something near the display's size.
