Resulted from the combination of an Mp3 player and a Samsung phone

Samsung F200 is one of the most unusual handsets coming from this producer. Its design breaks the lines set by all previous mobile phones, with a young and fresh new design. Some new pictures of the device have appeared, showing the best that it has to offer.

The producer has announced this F200 phone model for some time now and it has also released it on the market for little time now. The music phone has given away from its width and added on the thickness level in order to give it a form factor similar to that of MP3 players. Moreover, the circular sliding system also adds to its style and makes Samsung F200 look even more appealing and modern.

Specifications reveal this to be only a middle end mobile phone. There is not even a camera included, although it's next to impossible to display images at a high quality on such a wide screen. There is no 3G and not even email support. Still, connectivity is available through Bluetooth and USB both.

What Samsung F200 does provide is GPRS and EDGE technology, the basic ones for data transfers. The phone seems to pack a WAP 2.0/xHTML browser for viewing web pages, although it should be interesting to see how that works on a 1.46 inch display with a resolution of 128 x 220 pixels.

At the dimensions of 89.5 x 32.6 x 19.8 mm, the phone proves to be considerably thick and has only 76 grams in weight. It is a music phone, which makes it only natural to have high music rendering capabilities. Samsung F200 also includes an FM radio and a microSD card slot for storing all the personal music files.

There is certainly a market out there for this mobile phone, as many people are interested in their handset's design rather than its performances. Samsung F200 is a statement phone, designed for impressing and that's exactly what it does in these new live images, even more than in the official ones.
