A video with Rachael's UI as well

Two unannounced Sony Ericsson mobile phones that surfaced into the wild recently, namely Sony Ericsson Rachael and Kiki, have returned now in a series of new photos, and we must say that they look as great as expected. Even more, for those who love both the Android and the Japanese-Swedish joint-venture's handsets a video that shows the UI present on Rachael, supposedly the company's first Android-powered device, is also available.

When spotted for the first time, the Sony Ericsson Rachael, a new handset that should be added to the maker's XPERIA lineup, seemed like a great device, and the new leaked photos and info on it prove just that. The phone sports a white cover, and it seems that the already mentioned capabilities, such as the Snapdragon platform, an 8-megapixel camera with auto-focus, support for 7.2Mbps HSDPA connectivity and the ability to render 3D graphics are all in there.

In case the specs of the phone haven't caught your entire attention until now, you should take a look at the video below, since that most certainly will. The interface shown there seems to be coming directly from Sony Ericsson, just as the HTC Sense ads to the Android on its handsets. The video shows a unified messaging interface that puts together Facebook, Twitter, email, SMS, and call conversations. Although not a new feature, we should say that it looks as attractive as it can be.

The second interesting mobile phone from SE that has emerged recently is the Sony Ericsson Kiki, which sports a rather unseen design. There are no exact details on what this handset can deliver, nor on how in can be used, since its front cover shows only a few buttons. For what it's worth, the device might soon prove to be either a slider or a flip phone, which would solve the mystery, yet we should wait for an official word from the mobile phone maker before making assumptions.
