Updated over the weekend, Apple’s Special Deals area is featuring new Mac refurbs, including a Mac mini with Snow Leopard server and a unibody MacBook, both priced at $849, and the 21.5-inch iMac with 3.06GHz Intel Core 2 Duo for just $999. These Macs are pre-owned systems that have undergone Apple’s refurbishment process.

Apple’s Mac mini with Snow Leopard Server starts at $999, but Apple has one for you at just $849. Granted, it’s used, but you’re saving some $150, so, if the offer sounds good to you, here’s what you’re getting.

- 4GB memory; - Dual 500GB hard drives (for a total of 1TB of storage capacity); - NVIDIA GeForce 9400M with 256MB memory; - Mac OS X Server Snow Leopard.

The system lacks an optical unit, in favor of the additional 500GB hard drive. Those interested in buying this Mac should go here.

A refurbished MacBook 2.26GHz Intel Core 2 Duo is listed at Apple’s web store as well. Whether or not Apple has constantly filled its stock with new units, the respective configuration has been listed as being available for weeks. Equally attractive in terms of savings ($150), the Refurbished MacBook 2.26GHz Intel Core 2 Duo features a 13.3-inch, LED-backlit, glossy widescreen display, 2GB of memory, a 250GB hard drive, NVIDIA GeForce 9400M graphics, Apple’s built-in, seven-hour battery and the iSight camera.

Finally, those looking to nab themselves a desktop Mac can review Apple’s latest offer on a Refurbished iMac 21.5-inch 3.06GHz Intel Core 2 Duo. Saving them a substantial $200, the system comes equipped with a 21.5-inch, LED-backlit, glossy widescreen display, 4GB of memory, a 500GB hard drive, 8x SuperDrive (DVD±R DL/DVD±RW/CD-RW), NVIDIA GeForce 9400M graphics with 256MB memory and a built-in iSight camera.
