Radiators are a key part of liquid cooling systems, since it is they that actually keep the coolant at a low enough temperature to be feasible.

That is why the waterblocks, or cold plates, are never actually covered with fans: they don't need them.

Koolance is one of the liquid/water cooling brands known all around the world.

It is this company that has launched three new radiators, called HX-120XC, HX-240XC and HX-360XC and priced at $49 / €37 – 49, $67 / €51 – 67, and $85 / €65 – 85.

They are thicker than usual, meant to fit in the space between two rows of high-speed fans. Specifically, they measure 54 mm / 2.1 inches in thickness.

When used with high RMP fans in push-pull configuration, they should be able to chill any CPU or graphics card easily.
