Back in October, Jabra announced it had plans to add another model to their Solemate speaker family (composed of the Solemate and Solemate Mini).

Now the Solemate Max shows its face at the CES and brings pretty much the specifications you’d expect, complete with wireless capabilities, all bundled into a bigger model.

What’s special about the new box, is that it comes bundled with the dedicated Jabra Sound app, which works in concert with speaker per se and the Jabra Social Jukebok system.

Music lovers will adore this, as they will be able to create and share their favorite playlists instantly on social media.

On top of that, it will be possible to stream YouTube audio wirelessly and control bass levels and other quality-related feats. Moreover the Solemate Max can connect to external devices via a 3.5 mm cable. The new speaker has an Omni Directional microphone with noise filtering, two tweeters and two woofers.

Battery life is expected to last up to 14 hours of music streaming and a light on the side will alert music fans when it’s time to pop the device in for a charge.

The Soulmate Max has been made available for purchase on Amazon for the price of $399.99 / €294.
